Job Title : Release ManagerLocation: Allendale, NJ / Kalamazoo, MI(Remote till covid)

Duration : Full Time

Initially Remote work & should be onsite once a normal business practices return to normal

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIRED SKILLSMust have change management experience with any support tool, such as Service Now or RemedyAttention to details is top priority as the job requires production moves validationAble to work well in a fast-paced work environmentProficiency in MS Office, particularly ExcelTechnical writing of documents in customer presentable format – creating PDFs, PowerPoints and running with large audienceExcellent communication skills – English speaking primarily.Ability to work in shifts and rotationsGlobal communication and interactions required as the delivery teams are in different time zonesKnowledge of SAP transports is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan, coordinate, and track of all production change requirements and activities required to supportsuccessful deployments to ProductionImplementation planning and dependency analysis for monthly and ad hoc release cyclesIdentify risks, cross application dependencies and downstream impacts per releaseEstablish and communicate release scheduleWork closely with change owners and Basis teamFacilitate issue tracking and resolution of post go live activities where requiredManage scope and schedule of releasesCreation and communication of release status.
