Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator/Manager in the beautiful location of Wolfeboro Falls, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be part of a thriving team, focusing on HR functions with a particular emphasis on talent life cycle, onboarding and benefits. Responsibilities Onboarding/Offboarding - high-level background in talent lifecycle Maintain detailed records Talent management Full Benefits process and work closely with Payroll team Managing unions Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data, generating reports as required Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards at all times Identify opportunities for process improvement in the workflow and contribute to the implementation of these improvements.Requirements Proven experience in a Human Resources role with 5+ years experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong problem-solving ability and detail-oriented Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues Experience in an HR department or an HR internship is favorable Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HR function meets overall business objectives Knowledge of human resource management systems and best practices In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities Familiarity with social media recruiting Outstanding leadership skills and ability to resolve conflicts Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach Additional HR training will be a plusRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
