Description We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Williston, VT. The job function primarily revolves around dispatching, customer service and light administrative abilities. This role is in the telecom industry and requires the coordinator to interact with technicians and manage special projects using intermediate Word and Excel skills. Responsibilities: Manage dispatching operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Provide excellent customer service to clients and technicians Conduct light administrative tasks as required by the team Manage daily work schedules and coordinate with technicians Undertake special projects and use intermediate Word and Excel skills Create labels and log information in the system accurately File accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner Ensure excellent attendance and punctuality Foster a business casual environment and maintain professional conduct at all times. Skills: Proficiency in Daily Schedule Management Experience in managing Delivery Schedules Familiarity with Electronic Scheduler tools Proven skills in Maintenance SchedulingThis role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role. Proficiency in using electronic scheduling tools and software. Ability to manage and maintain daily and delivery schedules effectively. Demonstrated experience in coordinating and overseeing routine maintenance schedules. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office or similar software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. High degree of professionalism and ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
