Supporting our Construction Business Unit, you will be part of a team that provides fast, knowledgeable, and proactive support to our system users. Providing stakeholder support to over 300 staff you’ll be the ‘go to’ person as our subject matter expert for our Project Management and QA system.What will your responsibilities be?Monitor the Service Desk queue, ensuring all queries are acknowledged and resolved promptly and professionallyProvide systems support and fault diagnosis, escalating technical issues where necessary and ensuring minimal disruption to business processesMaintain and update training manuals to reflect current workflows, system updates, and best practicesDeliver job specific systems training to staff, ensuring users are confident and competent in using our Construction systemsLoad and administer Quality Assurance inspection templates within our QA system, maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal standardsLooking after the day-to-day administration of the Service Desk; answering queries/providing training for our core construction systemsUnderstanding functionality updates from release notes and providing recommendations on which should be implementedAs the trusted go-to person you will build and maintain strong working relationships within the Construction Business Unit
