We’re looking for a Community Wellbeing Lead to help us deepen our relationships with the communities we serve. In this role, you’ll build trusted partnerships with community groups, social agencies, and whānau advocates— creating strong two-way referral pathways that connect customers with the right support at the right time. You’ll actively listen to community needs, think creatively about new ways we can help, and help translate those insights into action.You’ll also lead wellbeing-focused projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our operational performance and customer outcomes. This role blends strategy with execution, insight with empathy, and community engagement with internal delivery — balancing customer needs with the realities of a commercially sustainable business.You’ll be part of a passionate, purpose-driven team that’s redefining what customer care looks like in the energy sector—and you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we show up for our communities every day.
