Business Analyst

Job title: Business AnalystLocation: Trenton, NJ (Hybrid, 2 days in-office, 3 days remote, local candidates preferred) Responsibilities:Develop and document business requirements.Create UI mockups and assist with technical requirements.Conduct testing, including User Acceptance Testing.Create instruction manuals and train end users.Perform limited project management tasks. Must-Haves:3+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years in specific application areas.4-year college degree.Strong skills in Microsoft Visio and SDLC methodology.Experience in testing, training, user support, and UI design.Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows.Proficiency in creating storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, use cases, and business rules.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Customer service/helpdesk experience. Nice to Have:Previous experience in finance/HR domains.
