Site Manager

This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the grain site including managing the receiving, warehousing and out turn of grain. Key tasks of this role include the day-to-day supervision of staff, meeting budgets and achieving compliance requirements. Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:Providing positive leadership to the team through the support and development of team members, appropriate rostering and supervision of worksEnsuring a safe and healthy environment through the identification, evaluation and control of risksEnsuring grain quality on out turn is equal to or better than as it was graded on receivalMaintaining site hygiene including but not limited to grain husbandry and tarp maintenanceManaging bunker and silo pest control to ensure zero live insects found on out turnDeveloping and managing ongoing external client relationships with growers, transport operators, key stakeholdersPlease note that you must be an Australian Citizen or have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job.
