Contract Supervisor

Inframax Construction is looking for a Contract Supervisor to join our high-performing Maintenance Team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily operations, manage subcontractors and field staff, and delivery of projects that keep New Zealand moving.As our Contract Supervisor, you will:Manage day-to-day operations of maintenance projects under the guidance of the Contract ManagerCoordinate staff and subcontractors to meet schedules and deliverablesEnsure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standardsProvide leadership, mentoring, and support to field crewsMaintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
