Executive Lounge Host

As an Executive Lounge Host, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional guest service in our Executive Lounge. You will ensure that our VIP guests have an outstanding experience by offering personalized service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with various lounge amenities. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Greeting and welcoming VIP and Executive-level guests upon arrival.Providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.Assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring that all items are fresh, stocked, and presented to the highest standard.Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.Monitoring lounge cleanliness and coordinating with the housekeeping staff to maintain a pristine environment.Assisting with the setup and breakdown of lounge events or special services.Recording and responding to guest feedback to enhance service delivery.Managing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Assisting with administrative duties such as guest reservations, lounge inventory, and billing processes.
