Join us at The NRMA as a Change Manager and lead the change management effort for key projects across the organisation. You’ll assess the change effort required for each initiative, based on its unique needs, enabling a tailored and effective approach to managing change. You’ll also oversee the delivery of change activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and project milestones. Drawing on your deep expertise in the end-to-end change management process, you’ll help ensure that change is clearly understood, embraced, and seamlessly embedded across the organisation.This will involve conducting change impact assessments, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, defining business readiness criteria, and creating both qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure the success of change initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive change strategies, communication and engagement plans, coaching leaders, building change champion networks, and ensuring the sustainability of change efforts beyond the project lifecycle.This is an exciting opportunity to join the Change Practice as we expand and strengthen the function within the business, where you will be instrumental in driving initiatives that support its growth and development.This role reports to the Change Management Practice Lead and offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work with on-site work at the Sydney Olympic Park and CBD offices.What You'll Bring5-7 years of proven experience in managing complex change initiatives, with expertise in end-to-end change management at both the project and program levels.Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci), with a strong understanding of change management principles, tools, and best practices.Proven ability to manage change across multiple concurrent initiatives, developing and implementing a comprehensive change management approach that effectively manages interdependencies within a business unit and across other business units to ensure cohesive and successful change outcomes.Proven track record of working with Senior Leaders, Project Managers, Program Managers, and other key stakeholders.A strong understanding of how people navigate technology and business changes, with the ability to apply appropriate interventions to manage transitions effectivelyCreativity in presenting familiar material in fresh and original ways, effectively engaging and capturing the audience's attentionThe ability to adapt and remain flexible in ambiguous situations.The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of projects and driving them to successful outcomes.Excellent communication skills, including active listening, as well as strong written and verbal abilitiesDesirableExperience with both waterfall and agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, agile environment is desirableBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, HR, Psychology, or a related field is preferredAgile certifications (e.g., SaFe, Scrum Master) are a plusWhat's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these).
