Strategic Partnerships & Accounts Manager

What you’ll doYou will be responsible for managing and deepening high-value relationships with key partners. This role is critical in ensuring seamless service delivery, contract compliance, and long-term partner success while identifying strategic opportunities for growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through strong stakeholder relationships, service alignment, and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience and drive the execution of tailored, partner-specific account plans. Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies that enhance revenue, engagement, and service innovation. Oversee contract management and compliance, ensuring all obligations, SLAs, and terms are tracked, understood, and fulfilled. Monitor financial performance across accounts, manage budgets and forecasts, and identify areas for renegotiation or improvement. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and conflicts, facilitating effective problem-solving between internal teams and partners. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership, including dashboards, risk assessments, and updates on account performance and strategic opportunities.  What you’ll bring 5+ years’ experience in account management, business development, or partnership leadership—ideally within a B2B or service-based environment. Demonstrated ability to manage strategic accounts and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. Strong skills in contract negotiation, SLA compliance, and financial oversight. High level of commercial acumen with experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and delivering against revenue targets. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex internal and external stakeholder groups. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities. A solutions-focused mindset with strength in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking.  What’s in it for you? At the NRMA, it’s about more than just great benefits (though you’ll get those too).
