Spa Therapist

Performs services and treatments such as facial treatments, body treatments, body massages including aromatherapy massage, deep muscle massage, and any other Spa treatment offered.Liaises with all other practitioners, therapists, receptionists and hotel colleagues to ensure a harmonious and peaceful environment.Acts responsibly at all times in relation to personal safety along with the safety of colleagues and guests of the spa.Builds rapport with guests, actively establishing genuine emotional connection to create a loyal clientele.Maintains and proactively updates own knowledge of all treatments, wellness journeys and any current promotions.Recommends wellness-inducing lifestyle practices, as well as home care (retail) to guests following a thoughtful evaluation of their wellbeing based on Consultation Form and observations made during treatment.Utilises basic functionality of Spa software, such as looking into appointments and guest profiles.Ensures preferences and relevant medical conditions are constantly updated on guest’s profiles.Maintains fluid and regular communication with Lead Therapist and Spa Manager.Maintains an understanding of the functions of other departments and how these interlink with the spa.
