Remediation Analyst

Be a key player in delivering effective remediation solutions that protect and enhance our customers’ experience. As a Remediation Analyst, you’ll lead end-to-end analysis and delivery of remediation activities impacting TAL customers and internal teams.You will:Analyse customer impact and support root cause investigationsCollaborate across TAL to drive remediation initiatives aligned with our Customer philosophies and risk frameworkFacilitate stakeholder workshops and working groups to ensure accountability and progressSupport strategic remediation and operational resilience projects
