So, it’s easy to get behind a mission that seeks to improve the healthcare experience for all Australians. The GigThe purpose of this role of Product Manager is to take ownership of the products within their portfolio, from ideation through to launch and ongoing optimisation. Some of the key responsibilities of the gig are outlined below.Responsibilities:Inform product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals; and communicate these to a wider audience.Work with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of product features.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.Collect and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product iterations.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for optimization.Regularly update stakeholders on product status, progress, and upcoming releases.Oversee product release cycles, including planning, coordination, and communication with relevant teams.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product development efficiency and effectiveness.About YouYou're the kind of person who takes accountability in a fast-paced, autonomous and flexible environment. And ultimately, you care: about people, health and innovation. Experience you’ll bring:5+ years experience in product management, product ownership, or a related rolePreferred prior background in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related fieldTrack record of successfully managing product development from conception to launchExperience with Agile methodologiesStrong understanding of software development processes and technologiesProficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Aha!)Familiarity with UX/UI design principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under pressureAdditional InformationThe perks behind the workHealthengine is where you’ll be your best self.
