Principal Engineer – Urban Development

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to join our Urban Development team in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to deliver impactful projects and advance your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key responsibilities:Develop budgets and prepare fee proposals.Oversee the UD design and drafting program.Oversee civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities.Lead design coordination with architects, landscape architects, and engineers at project meetings.Coordinate technical reviews and internal QA processes.Take on project management, bid support, and leadership duties.Set department goals and develop actionable implementation plans.Enhance engineering application processes.
