In this exciting initial 12 month fixed term contract, you will report directly to our visionary Head of Property and be at the forefront of delivering smart, efficient, and cost-effective management of the NRMA Group’s diverse freehold and leasehold portfolio, including our cutting-edge EV charging stations and flagship NRMA sites. Your expertise will help power the future of mobility, ensuring our properties are not just managed, but optimised for innovation and growth. What You'll DoOwn the Portfolio: Manage a diverse range of freehold and leasehold properties across Australia for the NRMA Group, including the EV charging stations.Be the Go-To Expert: Liaise directly with owners, occupiers, and stakeholders to resolve lease matters, handle renewals, and ensure compliance for landlords and tenants.Keep Us on Track: Maintain lease management data, oversee financial transactions, and monitor critical lease dates (rent reviews, options, bank guarantees, insurances).Champion Property Operations: Coordinate day-to-day maintenance, manage contractor performance, and support operational excellence across our property network.Support & Streamline: Assist with procurement, supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and provide monthly leasing support to our finance team.Deliver Results: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations, ensuring all financial obligations are met and reporting is accurate. What You'll BringA property-related qualification and at least 5 years’ experience in commercial or industrial property management.Demonstrated expertise in lease administration and renewal negotiations.High-level commercial and financial acumen, with a sharp eye for detail.A customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.Proactive, solutions-driven mindset—hands-on, self-motivated, and ready to tackle challenges.Strong time management, organisation, and the ability to juggle multiple projects under pressure.Professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude.Advanced computer literacy and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these too).
