What will a day in the life look like for you?As the Head of Talent Acquisition, your day will be anything but ordinary. You’ll kick off your morning with a strong cup of coffee and a quick check on our candidate pipeline. With a keen eye on our recruitment metrics, you'll analyse data to spot trends and areas for improvement.By late morning, you’ll be leading an energizing strategy session with your team. Together, you'll discuss ways to enhance our employer branding, brainstorm creative outreach strategies, and ensure our hiring process is both efficient and candidate friendly. Your leadership will inspire your team to think outside the box, leveraging social media, networking events, and innovative campaigns to attract top talent.After lunch, you might find yourself engaging with department heads to understand their hiring needs better. You’ll be the bridge between talent and opportunity, using your expertise to guide them on the best practices for selecting candidates that fit our culture and values.Mid-afternoon, it’s time for some engagement with your global peers to connect on new innovations and process improvements to be rolled out across the globe and connect with global COE's to discuss EVP and branding opportunities for ANZ.As the day winds down, you’ll carve out time for professional development, staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new tools that can streamline our recruitment efforts.Day to day responsibilities:Strategize & Lead: Develop and execute a dynamic talent acquisition strategy that attracts top-tier talent across ANZ.Build Relationships: Cultivate meaningful connections with candidates, hiring managers, and industry influencers to create a powerful network.Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to our recruitment processes—think outside the box and inspire your team to do the same!Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage metrics to refine our approach and ensure we’re not just filling roles,but finding the perfect fit.Champion Diversity: Promote inclusivity in all hiring practices, ensuring our team reflects the vibrant communities we serve.
