The Senior Analyst, Data Governance will be providing support to Data Stewards and Data Custodians in the Product Domains and Corporate Functions to comply with Cuscal’s Data Management Policy and adopting the Critical Data Elements (CDEs) Standard to bring CDEs under governance.The role will work closely with the Data Governance Manager, to ensure data risks are effectively identified, assessed, managed and monitored across Cuscal, in line with regulatory expectations (CPG235).
Here’s more of what you’ll work on:Execute Data and Data Risk Management Roadmap, Workplan: Lead the execution of Data and Data Risk Management Roadmap, Work Plan to implement data management principles.
 Embed Risk Practices and Mindset: Collaborating with product domains and corporate functions to embed data risk management principles and minimum requirements into day-to-day business activities.
 Risk Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular updates for review highlighting key risk areas and recommendations, for reporting at Data Governance Committee (DGC), Technology Risk Committee, Enterprise Risk Committee.
 Line 1 Risk: Perform 1LoD data risk management supporting teams with risk identification, assessment, incident and issue management, controls implementation and vendor risk assessment.
 Operationalise the Data Operating Model: Act as change champion and SME for Data Owners and Data Stewards.
 Custodian of Data Governance Tool: Support the rollout and adoption of the tool to product domains and corporate functions. 
 Vendor Data Risk Assessments: Reviewing Data Governance questionnaire as part of Vendor Risk Assessment to ensure all risks related to procuring a new tool/solution and or introduction of new features in existing tool/solution are appropriately assessed and mitigated.
