As the People Advisor you will serve as a key support for Endeavour Group by providing timely and effective responses to a wide range of employee-related enquiries and requests; coaching and guiding leaders as well as hands on management of cases.Responsible for leading the case management of employee relations matters, including, advising and responding to complaints and grievances, advising on Policy, modern award and other employee framework material, and supporting the business to effectively manage performance issues.

Read on.Here’s a snapshot of the People Advisor responsibilities: Effective end to end case management, including high quality case notes, drafting of formal documents and provision of appropriate, professional advice in line with Policy, process and best practiceProficient management of Tier 1(a) and some Tier 1(b) mattersManagement of some Tier 1(b) casework, including low to medium serious misconduct mattersRespond in a timely manner to support requests from all part of the businessCoach and provide leaders with expert advice regarding performance management and conduct issues Providing accurate and timely advice in relation to Policy,  modern Awards and Enterprise Agreement interpretationOpportunity to work with the Employee Relations Advisors and Employee Relations team on Tier 2 casesOther Advisory work as directed by Team Services leadership from time to time.
