We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant for a 12-month maternity leave cover, to support our Global Chief Marketing Officer. This is a dynamic role requiring someone who can efficiently manage complex schedules, facilitate communication across global teams and able to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and ensures seamless day to day operations for the CMO.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Diary Management:
Manage the Global CMO’s calendar across multiple time zones, prioritising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and global stakeholder interactions with efficiency and foresight.Travel & Logistics (CMO and Marketing team):
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the CMO and global marketing team -  including itineraries, accommodation, meeting schedules, briefing packs and on the ground logistics.Inbox & Communications Management:
Monitor and manage the CMO’s inbox and respond to internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.Meeting & Project Coordination:
Prepare agendas, take and distribute minutes, and ensure timely follow up of action items.Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
Work closely with internal team, external vendors and executive level stakeholders to the support the CMO and execution of marketing campaigns.Event & Campaign Support:
Assist in planning and coordinating team events, marketing launches and annual summits in collaboration with the broader team.Expense & Administrative Management:
Process and track expenses for the CMO and provide ad hoc admin support where required across the marketing team.Confidentiality:
Handle highly sensitive business, personnel, and strategy information with absolute confidentiality, sound judgment, and professionalism.Who You Are Experience:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite or senior executive leaders, ideally in fast-paced environments.Operational Agility:
Able to manage shifting priorities, tight deadlines and high volumes of activity with composure and focus.Discretion & Confidentiality:
Proven ability to manage confidential and commercially sensitive information with integrity and discretion.Exceptional Organisation:
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks across shifting deadlines.Stakeholder Savvy:
Comfortable liaising with senior executives, board members, external clients, and internal teams.Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting emails, briefings, and reports independently.Proactive Mindset:
