Commercial Business Partner

Our Commercial Finance team is growing! We are looking for a Commercial Business Partner that will play a key role in driving commercial insights and sustainable practices across the GYG network. This role will primarily support operations, offering in-depth commercial and financial analysis to ensure optimal outcomes. This is the perfect role for someone who is naturally curious, highly analytical and able to influence change within a business.What you can expect:Prepare and distribute monthly P&L reports for AU and International restaurants, along with ROI report packs for senior leadership and the boardLiaise with Franchisees and franchisee bookkeepers to ensure timely and accurate reportingAdminister the Fathom platform, manager user access and ensure proper KPI mappingProvide regular KPI analysis and insights, focusing on cost control, commodity prices, yield and labourAssist in preparation of budgets and forecasts for restaurantsAnalyse financial performance and provide insights for business growthSupport franchisees with financial queries and engage in new restaurant growth initiativesMonitor and report on restaurant financial performanceSupport with ad-hoc projects and provide business valuationsYou’ll enjoy this role if you have:3-7 years experience in a fast paced environmentCPA, CA, or CIMA qualification is preferredAdvanced proficiency to Microsoft excelStrong P&L understanding with the ability to analyse financial data and identify opportunities for improvementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholdersStrong commercial mindset with a passion for identifying opportunitiesHighly analytical, detail orientated and results driven BenefitsWe’re incredibly proud of our amazing people and always have each other’s backs.
