Technical Product Engineer

About the role:The Technical Product Engineer the local technical expert for TOMRA’s reverse vending products.You will be a key stakeholder between our partners, customers, Technicians and system users. This role will act as the conduit between TOMRA Collection Australia (TCA) and TOMRA’s global head office in Norway.Your mechanical/ electrical skills along with an analytic mindset will be of great value to the team while you fulfill some of these daily tasks:Build a comprehensive understanding of the TOMRA’s product portfolioAnalyse data gathered from, report and follow up on installed machines according to SLA’sSuggest, develop, test and implement performance improving actionsAct as the escalation point for technical queries or requests regarding TOMRA’s various RVM’s and resolve technical issues that may arisePerform software and hardware testingCreate and maintain training material and product documentationDeliver training to Technicians, other Field Teams and Service Centre OperatorsDevelop market-specific solutions for equipment/RVMsLead projects for TCASupport machine installation and deployment processesimplement performance improving actions across TCA’s RVM portfolio
