About your next jobReporting to the Farm Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining essential farm infrastructure.Key responsibilities include:Operating an excavator to dig trenches, clear drainage channels, and complete general earthworks.Assisting with land preparation, erosion control, and maintaining irrigation infrastructure.Performing daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on the excavator and other machinery.Working closely with the farm team to prioritise excavation and drainage tasks based on seasonal and operational needs.Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and farm standards while operating heavy machinery.Assisting with broader farm operations when required, particularly during peak seasons.
