Porter $26.86 per hour Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed About usSituated on a unique vantage point with breath taking views over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain range, Mercure Queenstown Resort offers 148 guests rooms, two restaurants, a lounge bar and conference facilities.  We are growing our diverse team and are looking for a Guest Service Agent/Porter to join our front office team.About the role As a Porter, you’ll be at the heart of delivering outstanding guest experiences.  Your role will involve providing top-notch service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.  Key responsibilities include:Support the smooth operations of the front office department, including reception duties, providing exceptional lobby services and ensuring security functions are maintained.Assist guests with their luggage, manage lost property and oversee storage.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of public areas to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
