About the job…We are looking for an experienced industry leader as Food & Beverage Manager to join Novotel Queenstown Lakeside. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing operational Food and Beverage teams. You will collaborate with the Leadership Team to deliver successes for the Hotel with particular focus on the Food & Beverage departments.Your ability to effectively collaborate with the team, your entrepreneurial approach, your passion of food and beverage and guest experience, and your ability to generate revenue will all play a significant part in how successful you will be in this position.Key responsibilities:Provide strategic direction and manage performance of food and beverage departmentsEnsure smooth, profitable, and efficient operations of outlets, conferences, and eventsLead and support food and beverage and kitchen teamsDeliver on Accor Live Limitless loyalty promise and Novotel brand standardsImplement and improve operational systems and processesCoach and develop leadership team to enhance overall F&B profitabilityCollaborate with hotel leadership to align departmental goals with overall strategiesWork on rotating roster, including weekendsSalary Range $70,000 - $80,000
