Wellness Nurse (LPN) Nightshift

Led by the community's Health and Wellness Director our Wellness Nurse is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who provides direct nursing care to the Residents with an emphasis on holistic wellness. They also help supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by care staff of Home Health Aides (HHAs).
