Purpose: The Product Content Manager will be responsible for creating, sourcing, and curating multimedia content for our full range of products and services. The Product Content Manager will be part of our product management team and will collaborate with software developers, speech-language pathologists, and other key stakeholders to help ensure that our products are effective, innovative, inclusive, and user-friendly. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Create, source, and curate multimedia content for our AAC, therapy, and community software Organize and tag content by theme, parts of speech, word count, complexity, and more Develop a roadmap for content for the next six to twelve months and accompanying release schedule Partner with software developers to ensure content is available to internal and external customers, and to improve the data content management system functionality and report bugs Work with product managers, researchers, speech-pathologists, and end users to develop effective content that meets the communication and therapy needs of individual users  Be a resource for user guides, online help resources, training and marketing materials, that effectively communicate the benefits and features of our content Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), assistive technology, and related fields Proactively incorporate user research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience and to continuously improve the content and features of our products and services Participate in product testing and quality assurance to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and performance Maintain a high level of organization and communication to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
