We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to empower and guide young people, families, and carers to make informed decisions regarding their mental health. Drawing from personal lived and learned experiences, this position provides professional, timely, and appropriate mental health support, ensuring young individuals receive the necessary care and interventions. Collaboration with community partners, allied health professionals, and stakeholders is essential for delivering comprehensive, wrap-around services. The role adopts a strengths-based, solution-focused, and recovery-oriented approach, helping young people overcome barriers to service engagement. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate resources, offer psycho-education, and provide support through the InnoWell Platform, maintaining cultural sensitivity throughout all interactions.
