We are excited to launch the ASP-Wide ‘How We Work Champions’ (HWWC) program—a peer-led initiative designed to provide meaningful support to employees navigating work-related concerns.As a HWWC, you will play an important role in fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. Champions will act as an additional support resource for peers, offering guidance on available support services and reporting mechanisms, and helping individuals take informed steps towards resolving their concerns.

About the RoleHWWCs are non-people leaders nominated by peers who:Offer guidance on available reporting optionsShare relevant organisational policiesEncourage informed, confident decision-makingHelp build a culture where employees feel safe to Speak UpThis is a voluntary role, and participation is based on your interest and availability.
