As a part of the broader Australian Steel Products portfolio, we have six major manufacturing sites at Port Kembla that deliver a variety of products, innovative solutions and services to our export and domestic customers.Manufacturing the premium branded product TRU-SPEC® steel, the two coil plate lines are a key asset in the Hot Mills business. In this pivotal role, you will be the key point of contact for the shift operations in meeting the on-time delivery and quality needs of our customers. A self-motivated, quick thinker, you quickly adapt and can juggle more than one task at any given time. You also enjoy keeping busy and working in a supportive team environment.  You’ll manage the team’s success through their performance and productivity to ensure our business plan objectives and targets are continually met.This role works on a 5-day x 12-hour day/night-shift roster.
