Injection Molding Process Technician

This position reports to the Shift Supervisor, and includes responsibilities in production, quality, safety, cost, cleaning, communication, and a few administrative tasks.More precisely:Tasks & ResponsibilitiesSet up the auxiliary equipment (robots, combo, hooking, conveyors, etc.);Start machines in accordance with the procedures, while making necessary adjustments (color, mold types, etc.);Troubleshoot when non-conformances of production occur;Oversee that machines reach the maximum capability, at the highest production standards, and propose alternatives methods for production efficiency;Follow all safety procedures in operating all equipment;Clean the work area and pick up personal tools;Fill out the required forms for repairs, set-up checklist, and/or maintenance work orders;Carry out other related tasks.
