Maintenance Handyperson

To be successful, the role requires flexibility to work 2-4 days per week from 8:00am – 4:30pm including some weekend days and occasional public holidays.As a Maintenance Handyperson, you will be responsible for:Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, painting, HVAC, and general upkeep of hotel facilities.Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are in excellent working order.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment, machinery, and systems to identify potential issues.Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials, and requests replacements as necessary.Assist housekeeping with delivery and removal of rollaway beds and cots to guest rooms and splitting of King Beds into two single beds.Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.Communicate effectively with hotel staff to address urgent maintenance concerns.Use HubOS to report maintenance tasks and complete tasks.
