Your goal is to introduce them to the Accor Plus Membership, which includes benefits such as two complimentary hotel nights, discounts on room bookings, savings on dining and ALL gold status.Your role will directly contribute to growing the Accor Plus membership base across Australia. More specifically, in this role, you will:Engage with guests over the phone and explain the value of membership in a clear and professional wayBuild rapport and tailor your approach to meet guest needsAchieve individual sales targets while supporting team goalsRepresent Accor with professionalism and a customer-first attitudeAbout YouYou enjoy speaking with people and have the confidence to build rapport quickly.
