The Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties to assist the National Field Sales Team (NFS). The overall goal and intent is to increase efficiency and quality by removing obstacles standing in the way of higher production.   Primary Job Duties include but are not limited to:Communicate and assist Team Loan Officers (LO)Correspondence with borrowersAssisting with Proposals/Applications as needed and keeping the LO informedTrack ApplicationCollect trailing documentationSubmission to OperationsAssist Ops as needed in order to ensure a high level of customer serviceBusiness DevelopmentFacilitating the incorporation of various referral partners to increase salesArrange and coordinate local meetings and eventsFacilitate in maintaining databases of clients and/or referral partners via SalesForceAssisting Sales Leader(s) in various aspectsSupport Sales Leader (s) in various aspects as necessaryAnswer and Respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the LeaderAttend/Assist in LO Business PlanningPrioritize items as necessaryArrange and coordinate meetings and events
