Reporting to our Head Of Leadership, Talent and Performance you will help design and deliver our new performance review cycle, our capability offerings and the implementation of our portfolio into our HRIS. You will engage our people with the delivery of impactful performance,  leadership and learning activities that build meaningful careers, high performing teams and drive strong business results. Day to day you will: Support the Head of Leadership, Talent and Performance to build governance in line with the strategy Support the design, development and delivery of our new performance cycle and relevant capability activitiesManage the implementation of performance into new HRIS (Workday)Actively co-design and consult with P&C Business partners and the businessCoordinate and conduct analysis, measuring the effectiveness of our new performance cycle and capability solutionsSupport high priority initiatives across leadership and talent
