What You Get To Do:The Quality Assurance Manager is part of a dynamic team responsible to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with program design, and Dungarvin’s mission of respecting and responding to the choices of individuals with developmental disabilities. The Quality Assurance Manager will provide leadership and management of the Quality Assurance (PQC) department through administrative, management, and programmatic support, to assure high quality services, provide clinical supervision, facilitate business growth and minimize risk.Duties include but are not limited to:Provide leadership and supervision to the QA teamAssist in quality assessment, intervention and enhancement of services and supportsData review, reporting and communicationEmployee training and developmentCoordinate and lead state quality assurance practices, implementing and leading national standards and practicesAssure all investigations are completed professional and in a timely mannerAssure program meet licensure and certification requirements Hours:Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
