Position: Frame to Finish Carpenter
Company: Colonial Coast Construction
Location: Seacoast - southern Maine, southern NH and Northshore MA
Pay: $25-$35 starting based on experience (potential to move up to project manager position for right fit)

We specialize in frame to finish construction and remodeling, as well as historical restoration and custom cabinetry. We are seeking a skilled and motivated carpenter to join our team.
Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life and working with our team on a wide array of tasks. You will be responsible for producing quality carpentry work, including but not limited to:
Framing additions
Installing doors and windows
Fabricating and installing custom cabinetry and built-ins
Siding installation
Custom carpentry and detail oriented finish
Kitchens and bathrooms
Reading blueprints and technical drawings
Collaborating with project managers and the crew
Qualifications:
Good attitude and a positive mentality
Willing and able to learn new construction techniques
Strong communication and able to work well in a team
Strong understanding of interior and exterior carpentry methods as well as basic understanding of framing
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Keen eye for detail and a high standard of craftsmanship
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A sense of adventure and a passion for the craft
