Your Key Responsibilities as a Master Technician
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of Euro and Domestic vehicles, with a key focus on German car brands.
Troubleshoot and identify issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines and maintain a high standard of quality.
Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience as a technician in a Euro/Domestic shop environment.
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving skills and climate control understanding.
Strong drivability diagnostics – must be able to diagnose transmission concerns, misfires, driveline concerns and cooling/ac concerns.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Experience using an oscilloscope.
Ability to understand evaporative systems, secondary air systems, charge pressure control systems, electric power steering systems, abs/traction control systems and suspension control systems.
Understand suspension geometry and be able to identify bent or damaged suspension components.
Familiarity with Euro and Domestic vehicle systems and components.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
