The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a brand new apartment community with 252 units in Portsmouth, NH. We expect the Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community by providing a quality living environment for our residents at all times. In addition, this individual is responsible for responding to all resident requests for maintenance service in a courteous and professional manner; following through on completion of these work requests; communicating with residents/owners regarding problem work requests and making the necessary arrangements to resolve the problems. Daily activities would include:
Recognize potential problems and take appropriate action
Performing duties such as installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining facility equipment
Work orders
Operates with OSHA standards and company safety policies

NAA Designations, such as CAMT
To perform the job successfully, this individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years in related experience/training as well as a High School Diploma or general education degree. This position requires weekend hours.
