You are a great teacher in helping carpenters and carpenter's apprentices deepen their carpentry knowledge

You have a strong background in carpentry and/or remodeling as well as efficiency procedures

You demonstrate a high level of integrity and will decide not to cut corners just to move a project along

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:

Maintaining records, documenting tasks, and presenting progress reports in our CRM

Enforcing established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment

Leading a crew and implementing the company's building practices

Inventory of tools and equipment

Training, instructing and guiding carpenters towards becoming Master Carpenters

Understanding and implementing blueprints and master carpentry skills for framing, finish work and remodeling

Be able to lay out and quickly build stairs and advanced frame and roof layouts

Showing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn excellent leadership and installation techniques

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Must have a good attention to detail for exterior applications and arrive to work on time

5 years+ experience in deck building, siding remodeling, and/or window & door installations (Preferred)

Possessing a valid driver's license and your own tools. Own truck is preferred.

High School degree or equivalent

Up-to-date resume

Passing all background checks
