We are a full scale building and remodeling company doing everything from new homes to basic repairs and everything in-between. Much of our current and past workload is extensive remodeling and additions. This is a team oriented company with a great client base, superior track record and growing workload. We are looking for people invested in the trade, interested in learning and driven to succeed.
Looking to fill a mid-level and lead position, full-time. Employee positions, not sub/1099.
The mid-level requires at least 2 years of current and consistent experience that will be verified.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license, transportation to the job
- basic hand tools, cordless kit and accessories
- ability to lift at least 50#
- ability to work on ladders, staging/heights, roofs and varied types of scaffolding
- ability to take direction, work alone and as part of a team
- basic understanding of the building and remodeling process as well as use of the tools and equipment required to perform the job.
We supply the majority of the tools required to complete the tasks and projects. Basic safety gear is given to all employees. This is a year round position in a trade that is sometimes affected by the weather. We offer paid holidays, yearly performance reviews/raises, paid vacation after 1 year.
