Great position available for a Maintenance Technician at an Apartment Community in Portsmouth!
Full time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with required, rotating after hours/weekend on call shifts. Must be knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Responsible for completing work orders, maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas and grounds, snow removal of walkways and entry ways, turning over apartments in a timely manner including painting and cleaning.
