WELLNESS EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

As our Wellness Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional atmosphere for our guests across various wellness practices. From maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities to ensuring a seamless check-in process and facilitating float, massage, meditation, and reiki appointments, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to providing a holistic and rejuvenating experience. This position is part time (up to 30 hours per week) with variable hours including nights & weekends (shift hours listed below).
Your Responsibilities:
Cleaning The Facility: Engage in the daily upkeep, room transitions, and laundry to keep our space pristine. Be prepared – cleanliness is not just a task here; it's our passion (accounting for about 80% of your role)!
Guest Experience: Be the welcoming face at check-in, answer queries with a smile, handle phone and email communications, and assist in appointment bookings. Your friendly demeanor will be the key to enhancing our guests' overall experience.

Hours needed are nights & weekends - shift availability Monday-Thursday would be 2-10 & the weekends would vary between 7-2, 9-3, & 12 or 2-8. Up to 30 hours per week.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.75 per hour
