Job Title: Showroom Manager – Flooring, Tile, and Cabinetry Design Center

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead operations at our Flooring, Tile, and Cabinetry Design Center, located in Lincoln, NH. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and home improvement, and a keen sense of organization. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, providing exceptional customer service, doing site visits and measurements, producing estimates, and ensuring the showroom displays are visually appealing and aligned with current design trends.
The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of flooring (LVP, Hardwoods, Laminate, Carpet, etc.), cabinetry, tile, as well as basic computer skills, excellent people and sales skills.
Starting salary is $52,000/year with a 10% commission of net profits on sales.
