Viper Security Inc in Brookline NH is seeking a HIGHLY motivated channel sales professional to grow with our small company!
Viper Security is a Covid-born business and we have grown very quickly in a short amount of time, but we need an amazing sales professional to get us (and you!) to the next level!
We sell and service security/surveillance systems, with a large focus on Mobile Surveillance Units (MSU’s). MSU’s are a unique product that is cutting edge in security. We are a certified dealer/distributor for a major manufacturer and sell nationwide. We know this will require training, even if you have security/surveillance sales experience, chances are you will need to be trained on these specific models, so we fully expect that the right candidate won’t have experience in this field.
What we need from the right person:
Successful sales experience background
MASSIVE motivation to go out and find new customers
Ability to work from home uninterrupted
Ability to make video calls with potential customers and the manufacturer
Be well-organized and register leads immediately
Come to our location in Brookline NH for initial training on the MSU's
Clean driving record
Pass a background check
Willingness to travel around the country when needed
Quickbooks Online knowledge is a plus (for sending estimates), but not required
Channel sales experience is a plus, but we can train the right person on that part.
This is NOT the type of position where you sit and wait for the phone to ring
We’ve been down that road, it doesn’t work. You must get out there and get the customers either face to face, emails, phone calls, mail, etc. You really have to be prepared to put the work in.
What we are offering:
We DO NOT supply the leads for the most part, although it can happen from time to time.
A commission-based recurring income of $40/week (per MSU leased) for as long as the customer keeps the MSU. This will ramp up your paycheck with each new lease as long as previous customers keep their MSU’s
NO COMMISSION INCOME CAPS (example: lease 50 MSU’s, earn $2,000/week, lease 100 MSU’s, earn $4000/week, lease 200 MSU’s, earn $8,000/week, and so on!)
If you sell a single customer multiple unit leases, the above still applies!
JULY 2025: A sales person from a different company sold 93 of these MSU’s across the country to a single customer!
To start, we are offering 20 (twenty) hours a week. We are hoping to ramp this up quickly as you lease units.
Starting base pay of $15/hour plus commission
Once you sell 25 units, pay will then switch to commission only. If you fall under 25 units we will resume the hourly rate combined with your sales commissions.
Commissions are only paid on customers you sell and maintain and that keep their MSU’s. In the event of non-payment, you will still get paid but we will cancel the customer within 30 days. Cancelled MSU’s for any reason will not pay a commission going forward.
Actually SELLING (not leasing) MSU’s is possible, though rare, for that situation we offer a one-time commission of $1,000.
