Part-Time Service Writer – Automotive repair and performance shop. ( Experience preferred )

We’re seeking a motivated part-time service writer to join our high-performing automotive repair team. Ideal candidates will have experience in service writing and sales, with a strong understanding of general automotive repair. Performance automotive experience is a major plus. We also would prefer someone with European experience and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to assess concerns and explain recommended services
Write accurate service orders and manage workflow efficiently
Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely job completion
Upsell appropriate services to enhance customer value and satisfaction
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a service writer or in automotive sales
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic mechanical knowledge; performance or high-performance vehicle experience preferred
Positive, team-focused attitude and customer-first mindset
Schedule: Part-time ( Ideally 1pm - 4pm ) Other options available if needed.
