JOB POSITIONS: Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Current availability of positions at different locations. Security Officers are carefully screened according to talents, qualifications, experience, and overall disposition for the job you will be performing. You will use various forms of communications and you will be expected to write reports outlining observations and activities during assigned shifts. Security Officers to work in a fast-paced environment and must possess people's skills.
All applicants must pass a background investigation of personal character, professional references, and criminal records.
Job Skills:
Basic computer skills necessary. May be required to lift to 25 lbs. and have a full range of mobility throughout the workday. Must be able to act in a quick and professional manner during an emergency. Must possess a valid Massachusetts Driver's license upon starting date.
Must be able to conduct patrol rounds by foot and/or vehicle.
Knowledge of guest intake and ID verification procedures and protocols. Demonstrated ability to interact with the public to facilitate problem-solving of stressful situations with calm and open judgment. Ability to identify, potential problems, analyzes issues, and propose solutions. Knowledge of safety, health, and security protocols. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business. Professionally manage any situation within the location that is deemed by management as requiring security interdiction.
Immediately contact local law enforcement or other emergency services when required by management or situation requires immediate action.
Other ad hoc responsibilities as required by the situations as they unfold. Must be able to work for long hours, working on your feet and bending over with minimal supervision.
Candidates should be motivated and hardworking, attendance it critical. Reliable Transportation is a must. Must be a team player. May be required to work outdoors from time to time.
