Position Summary:

The Support Specialist will be responsible for handling quickly and effectively all questions, issues, and requests from customers relating to our cloud application. They will be available to assist during normal business hours and extended business hours during busy periods. A successful person in this position will thrive in high-pressure environments, possess a deep understanding of the technology, and be able to use that knowledge to solve customers’ problems swiftly.

Responsibilities & Duties:

The Support Specialist will be required to perform the following essential responsibilities:

- Resolve any customer service issues as they arise.

- Work with individual customers on any upcoming events, which will involve planning equipment assignments, building files, assisting with troubleshooting, and then completing post-event activities.

- Coordinate with new and existing customers on delivery of new equipment.

- Keep track of multiple customer requests simultaneously and prioritize all requests to respond accordingly and in a timely manner.

- Setup and configure cloud applications for clients, and provide integration support with client data sets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree required

- Previous experience working with a team

- A successful candidate would have strong Problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills. In person, over the phone, or via email

- Successful candidates would be detail-oriented and organized

- Salesforce experience a plus!

- Experience working with iPads and Cloud-based software a plus!
