RV Technician

Campers Inn RV is looking for an RV Technician! Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.This is a safety sensitive positionInspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating conditionPerform routine maintenance Test drive RV’s to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properlyDemonstrate repairs made, uses, function of features and how to perform basic maintenance of the RV to customersInspect, test and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers, motor analyzers, charts and pressure gaugesInspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specificationsMay have to enter and exit small confined spacesQualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is requiredLicense & Certifications:Valid driver’s license and good driving record is requiredRVIA certifications preferredExperience:A minimum of one year of RV service experience preferredAbilities: Knowledge of OSHA and other related state and federal regulations Ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety manualsAbility to work independently as well as on a teamAbility to use hand tools and power toolsAbility to wear protective clothing and use protective equipment as needed or required as per OSHA regulationsAbility to move RVs of various sizes as neededAbility to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending Ability to stand for long periods of timeAbility to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 poundsCamper’s Inn RV is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
