Cirtronics is seeking a short-term temporary receptionist
Job Summary:
The Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
> Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
> Welcome guests and greet visitors
> Placing lunch orders daily for employees and/or visitors and handling cash
> Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logins, issue visitor badges)
> Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
> Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
> A variety of administrative tasks
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
> Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
> Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
> Professional attitude and appearance
> Solid written and verbal communication skills
> Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
> Excellent organizational skills
> Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
> Customer service attitude
Preferred Education/Certification(s):
> High School diploma/GED
Schedule:
> This is a short-term term temporary position working 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
> Dates needed are Monday April 7th - Friday April 11th
> This position could extend to the following week, working April 14th – 18th
